Job Overview
As a Senior Project Manager, you will deliver top-tier custom design and project management support to all customers requiring our expertise. This role demands leadership, strategic thinking, and the development of business objectives to drive the growth of Signature Products. You will be empowered to make most business decisions in the absence of the Signature Services Manager, demonstrating mastery of all job functions with minimal oversight.
Highlights of your role
Lead, develop and execute Signature product solutions ensuring success across varying levels of complexity.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills while managing multiple projects.
- Identify, plan and initiate project tasks and drive to successful on-time completion.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project blockers and potential risks to maintain project momentum.
- Exhibit comprehensive understanding of construction documents, construction methods, and installation techniques.
- Have extensive knowledge of vendors and their capabilities to ensure optimal collaboration and resource utilization.
- Effective communication to facilitate successful interactions with cross functional teams including products groups, purchasing, engineering, R&D, Sales, and Architectural staffs.
- Handle challenging situations with insight, tact, and confidence to achieve positive outcomes.
Salary Range
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)
- 5 + years industry related experience
- 4 - 6 years pricing and financial experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management
- Extremely strong verbal communication and documentation skills.
- Extremely strong PC skills - utilizing AutoCAD and MS office applications. Must have advanced to expert Excel skills.
