Overview The Associate Hearing Representative will be primarily responsible for the analysis, management and resolution of lien cases. Attend lien hearings and negotiate resolution of provider liens in an assigned caseload of workers' compensation claims. This position will work closely with the Claims Management and medical bill review teams to ensure the efficient and cost-effective resolution of liens. Position will also present settlement documents before the Workers Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB) for approval, as well as defend AmTrust's position at lien trial if appropriate. Experience with Petition for Dismissals and Contribution is also a plus. Responsibilities
Manage case inventory comprised mostly of lien only claims.
Qualifications
The salary range for this role is $90k-$108k. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California. Base pay offered may vary depending on, but not limited to education, experience, skills, geographic location, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics.
