Interacts with the Managers and MX associates in terms of understanding and meeting the agreed upon customer requirements and bussiness Automotive mode. Verifies, prints, and analyzes the product received and make the proper transactions in the system to provide vivibility to MX plants. Coordinates MRP needs for Production, equipment MRO, and daily shipments to the MX plants. Finalizes the shipping function in terms of documentation ( Customs Paperwork ) and CTPAT gudelines and Audit process and notification to the plants material was shipped when is a critical item. Coordinate with receiving area all receiving issues through the system AS400 (Nutech), and other Systems, by performing the following duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage Receiving Team and ensure the Receiving Transaction in AS400
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This Job oversees operators making receive process and proper shipments to plants or vendors if needed. Qualifications EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE The position requires a minimum GED or High School diploma, and 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS Bilingual prefereed (English-Spanish). Ability to speak fluent English for interaction with Suppliers, Logistics Dept and customers. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, Suppliers. Due to the interaction with the Juarez Mexico associates, it is recommended that the candidate for this position be fluent in Spanish as well. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area and volume. Weight distribution on loads and Paperwork Integrity in any shipment. CTPAT knowledge is a plus REASONING ABILITY Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
