The Clinical Informatics Specialist 3 -Epic Reporting is responsible for triaging, designing, managing, and meeting analytics needs across the UCSD Health system. The Clinical Informatics Specialist 3 -Epic Reporting also supports enterprise efforts such as Epic upgrades and other optimization and go-live efforts. The Clinical Informatics Specialist 3 - Epic Reporting is responsible for producing reports in Reporting workbench, Radar, Clarity, Crystal and Tableau. Involves the development and implementation of the organization's information systems and tools that are applied to clinical information. Works closely with clinicians across all hospital/ healthcare departments to optimize effective use of systems. Coordinates analytical support for health management, including profiling, health economics, and business analytics/performance metrics. Defines systems and applications to support various functions. May provide customer service, troubleshooting and maintenance. Applies skills and experience as a seasoned clinical informatics professional to projects of medium size at all levels of complexity, or portions of large projects. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $94,400 - $176,800 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $45.21 - $84.67 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable). |
