Job Description

The Loan Administrator maintains adequate oversight of all loan closing activities. This includes performing all phases of loan closing activity, from the initial preparation and gathering of closing documentation, through the final stages of uploading the data into the Association's loan system and verifying for accuracy.

Required Qualifications

Education and/or experience equivalent to an Associate Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting

Highly organized and motivated with an adaptive attitude of teamwork and quality workmanship

Strong analysis, judgment, and communications (oral & written) skills

Ability to work independently, to be assertive and decisive in arriving at sound business decisions

Proficient in technology

Must have demonstrated aptitude in dealing effectively with the public

Ability to organize and prioritize work in order to efficiently handle projects and activities

Working hours of 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Preferred Qualifications

Three years of related loan administrative work experience with at least two years in a customer service-related field

Knowledge of operations and appraisals
