Join our dynamic team at Shure as a Marketing Operations Intern, where you'll play a vital role in shaping our digital customer experience and advancing our marketing technology, including AI usage. You'll gain hands-on experience in onboarding MarTech, contracts, and measuring tech adoption and performance. You'll collaborate across teams, influencing the future of our marketing strategies. Responsibilities
Manage technology stack for global and digital marketing teams including contract management (Conga, Ariba POC), support of new opportunities, and onboarding new technology
- Research current and future technology products, including optimization of products based on priorities
- Own tech stack documentation and maintenance for marketing
- Support projects and initiatives to deploy new MarTech and/or enhance existing functionality; including communication and change management efforts
- Measure adoption of current tech stack, identify and resolve barriers to adoption and bring awareness to new features for our users
- Support identification, documentation, workflows, processes, and delivery of new training plan for marketing technology and skillsets. Including, updating current documentation
- Collate and manage training content and materials for MarTech including SharePoint sites and Degreed certifications
- Administrative Duties: Support Marketing Operations team with purchases (Ariba), Support ad hoc analytics requests as needed, Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (in progress)
- Intermediate Excel knowledge (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable being a self-starter with exceptional attention to detail
- Able to work on problems of diverse scope where analysis is required
- Experience with or a desire to learn other digital marketing technologies
- Remote work is an option
