Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Software Architect to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and guiding software projects from conception to completion. Your Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new software or extensive software revisions for internal and external use
- Define product requirements and create high-level architectural specifications
- Ensure software feasibility, functionality, and seamless integration with existing systems
- Provide expert consultation on complex projects
- Guide and coach development teams through project completion
- Translate technical requirements between internal personnel and external customers
You Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Object Oriented Programming
- Proficient in:.NET Framework, .NET / C# / ADO.NET / .NET Core; HTML, CSS, JavaScript; Bootstrap, React; Web services; Microsoft SQL Server; Microsoft Visual Studio; Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio)
Comprehensive Technical Expertise Web Services and Architecture:
- Extensive knowledge of web services, REST APIs, and web applications
- Experience with eCommerce platforms
- Proficiency in single-tenant and multi-tenant architecture
- Microservice architecture design
- Third-party service integration
Identity and Access Management:
- Azure AD, Azure AD B2C, Microsoft Entra expertise
- High availability and scalability solution design
- Networking concepts and security
- On-premises and cloud infrastructure understanding
- Load balancer implementation
Development and Build Tools:
- Azure DevOps (BOARDS, PIPELINES, REPOS, TEST PLANS, ARTIFACTS)
- Microsoft IIS applications
- Microsoft SQL Server scripting
- PowerShell scripting for automation
- Microsoft Operating Systems management
