Performance Management and Talent Development Strategist HR Learning and Dev Full Time 83031BR Job Summary ** This is a 2 year benefits eligible, Contract position from date of hire. ** The Performance Management and Talent Development Strategist independently uses and applies wide-ranging experience and proficiency in organizational development, effectiveness, business process analysis and strategic planning on performance management projects that typically have organization-wide impact. Understands business needs and how systems, both technical and non-technical, can support those needs. Having wide-ranging experience, uses organizational development concepts and organization objectives to resolve the most complex issues with organization-wide impact or great political sensitivity, where analysis of circumstances and information requires an in-depth evaluation of factors. Exercises judgment in selecting performance management methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Internal and external contacts often pertain to organization plans and objectives. Is considered a subject matter expert of performance management and often recognized as an expert externally in the industry.
** This is a hybrid work model role. ** The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $164,400 - $253,300 (Annual Rate).
