Reporting to: Head of Maintenance
Location:Bentonville, AR
Walton Enterprises is seeking a skilled, highly motivated, and entrepreneurial individual to join the team as a Maintenance Services Manager. The ideal teammate will have the demonstrated ability to oversee and manage maintenance services within the organization, ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of facilities.

About the Real Estate Department
The Real Estate Management team assists the family members with all property related activities including acquisition, design, and development. They manage a variety of properties including both personal and commercial real estate, vehicles, equipment, and other property related assets throughout the country. The Real Estate Management team also supports the Walton Family Foundation and Walton Enterprises office buildings.

About the Position You'll join a top-notch team and Coordinate maintenance requests, implement process improvements, and develop positive relationships with customers and vendors. - Certifications, licenses, or formal training in landscaping, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of applied experience in maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance processes.
- Familiarity with relevant software and computer systems.

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
