Tour and Guide Coordinator Summary: Coordinate and schedule internal and external requests for guided- and self-guided in-person tours and virtual field trips. Maintain schedules for and communications with volunteer educators. Provide support for training programs for volunteer educators. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications: High school diploma; previous administrative and customer service experience; command of Microsoft Office; proficiency with Momentus or similar event scheduling platform; proven ability for building and sustaining positive working relationships with internal and external colleagues, volunteers, and a diverse range of public audiences; strong time management, organization, written and oral communication, and independent problem-solving skills. Preferred: Post-secondary coursework or degree; familiarity with art history, K-12 education, art education, and/or museum education; proficiency with WordPress, audio/video recording and editing, and teleconferencing/webinar platforms. Additional Details: Hiring Range: $20.35 - $24.42 per hour, commensurate with experience. Status: Regular full-time (37.5 hours/week)
