Your Opportunity:

Taylor Warehouse & Fulfillment is seeking an Account Manager to join our team in one of our three locations: Grove City, OH, Monroe Township (Cranbury), NJ, or Lithia Springs, GA!

Your Responsibilities:

• Maintains relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential accounts

• Resolves customer issues/problems, researches and makes recommendations for potential product enhancements or modifications to increase sales

• May assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, quotes or negotiations

• Increase customer satisfaction

• Retain accounts

• Identify needs and consult on solutions

• Process and plan customer jobs

• Customer job/project management

We Would Prefer:

• Bachelors degree or its equivalent in education and work experience

• 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area

• Someone familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures

• Ability to plan and accomplish goals
