The Internal Communications Intern will create content for internal platforms to assist our communications department in creating excitement, driving engagement, and shaping our culture for all employees.

"Gauges" of Responsibility

  • Assist in managing our internal communications platform, GlobalOne.
  • Contribute to storytelling efforts internally, ensuring content aligns with Global's brand voice.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to manage content and educate on best practices for employee communications.
  • Work closely with our digital team to align internal communications initiatives to external content and brand voice.
  • Support initiatives like employee contests, surveys, and polls to encourage interaction with digital tools.
  • Track and analyze platform engagement metrics to measure effectiveness of internal communications, identifying trends and insights to inform future content.
  • Brainstorm fresh ideas for internal communications initiatives that will excite and engage our diverse employee base.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Working towards a degree in communications, digital media, marketing, or related field.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Creative thinker.
  • Detail oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
  • Simple graphic design experience a plus.
