Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work Onsite for our client in Cerritos, CA Interested?

Here's what you'll do:

  • This position is primarily responsible for ensuring inventory material were accurately received, stored, and fulfil orders follow producer; physical items have clear and correct inbound/outbound record.
  • This position is under Inventory department flexible rotate between three function teams (Good Material Warehouse/Returned and Recycled Material warehouse/Dealer Return & Refund handling)
  • All essential duties are able to perform with or without reasonable accommodation to all individuals with or without disability.
  • Labor work for example move carton or pallet; check and remove battery from boxes and included in following key tasks.
  • Incoming Materials Management: Receive incoming materials, conduct thorough inspections, and accurately pick materials for outbound shipments.
  • Return Shipments Handling: Manage return shipments, including collecting recycled or replaced materials, verifying items, and processing them in the system.
  • Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventory counts, maintain accurate records, and identify any discrepancies to ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Storage Optimization: Reorganize storage locations to maximize space utilization and streamline workflow efficiency, ensuring easy access to materials.
  • Packaging and Shipping: Pack recycled or return-refund items in sturdy cartons and build pallets for shipping, ensuring proper handling and labeling for transportation.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Scan and record all actions in the shared document system for incoming DOA replacement/Sales refund/Return items, maintaining comprehensive records for reference. Record/upload information to system.
  • Quality Control: Open packages, verify physical condition, check warranty status, take detailed pictures, and perform basic function checks to ensure the quality and functionality of returned items.
  • Repair Support: Collaborate with repair teams to facilitate the repair process for defective items, providing necessary documentation and support as needed.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $17.27- $21 DOE

Hours: 40 hours/week

Length: Contract

Job Requirements

  • The employee will be expected to work in the warehouse and perform cycle counts for the products.
  • The position has light lifting requirements.
  • The job frequent lifting of up to 10 pounds, and occasionally up to 25 pounds for a maximum of 50 feet.
  • The equipment and tools used for this job including computer, scanner, PDA (portable digital assistant) device and forklift.
  • The job operates in a warehouse environment.
  • Employees are occasionally exposed to dust when handle products, and explosive hazards from the possibility of battery explosion.
