The Safety Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and implementing safety programs to create a secure work environment. **Duties:** - Develop and implement safety policies and procedures - Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards - Provide safety training to employees on various topics including OSHA regulations - Investigate accidents and near-misses, and implement corrective actions - Maintain records of safety inspections, training, and incidents - Collaborate with management to address safety concerns and improve processes - Monitor compliance with local, state, and federal regulations **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field preferred - Proven experience in safety compliance management, preferably in construction environments - Knowledge of OSHA regulations, NEC guidelines, and EHS best practices - Strong understanding of risk management principles - Familiarity with construction site safety protocols - Experience with workers' compensation claims and management - Proficiency in construction management software is a plus Join our team as a Safety Coordinator and contribute to creating a safe and secure work environment for all employees.
