This is a TEMPORARY POSITION The Instrumentation Support Service group (ISS) is looking for a first shift, UAW represented technician who will be responsible for calibrating, repairing, and maintaining dynamometer test systems and instrumentation equipment to support conventional and electrified (BEV, BSG, ESS, HEV, PHEV, REEV) powertrain test cells located at the Chrysler Technical Center, in Auburn Hills Michigan. The Instrumentation Technician will also need to be able to identify, troubleshoot, and correct problems in the field associated with dyno drives, dyno controllers, battery emulators, torque measurement systems, pressure, and temperature transducers, etc. In addition, the Instrumentation Technician will be required to work effectively with all levels of management, support engineers, union represented employees, and outside suppliers to maximize.
