POSITION SUMMARY

The Stratton Mountain Club is seeking enthusiastic and hardworking Bussers to work with our food and beverage team. The main goal of this positions is to ensure high quality service and exceed all our customers' expectations for an efficiently operated event. This is an occasional seasonal position, paid at $20.00/hr.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
* Clearing tables of food, plates, silverware, etc.
* Delivering food and beverage items to guests as needed
* Clearing debris from floors and eating areas
* Wiping tables and surfaces
* Stocking food and supplies (beverages, napkins, condiments, trays, etc.)
* Other duties as assigned by shift supervisor

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Education: actively pursuing a High School diploma, or equivalent

Experience:
* Previous bussing experience preferred
* Outgoing, pleasant personality, and desire to please guests
* Good organizational and interpersonal communication skills

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
* Flexible schedule, ability to workdays and/or nights, weekends and some holidays
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
* Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
