  • Hourly Rate $25.00 hourly - 28.00 hourly (Depending on experience)


What You'll Be Doing:
  • Storeroom and inventory management to meet Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
  • Implement Excess/Slow-moving inventory review process
  • Setting min/max levels, reorder points, etc for materials in the storeroom and auxiliary locations
  • Managing Master Data Setting in SAP
  • Follow, maintain, and propose updates needed to Site Operating Procedures (SP's) about the Maintenance Storeroom.
  • MRO receiving, including retrieving from the shipping area, verifying, and receiving materials into SAP. May include any items ordered by facilities and maintenance planner including Operation Material, MRO, and laboratory supplies.
  • Minimum Essential Receiving Inspections "MERI inspections" for materials with quality information records (QIRs).
  • Issuing out of Reservations Daily and properly labeling for easy pickup from the storeroom
  • Assist with package tracking for delivering
  • Assembly of kits and placement in kitting area by scheduled dates.
  • Inventory and delivery of items to point of use in plant
  • Group Material by Job (work order)
  • Check material for correctness and completeness
  • Correcting AND escalating the need for Expediting when MRO Stores Material is incorrect (regarding Kitted Jobs)
  • Use the correct user status within the work order per the work process
  • Works with Sourcing (DSCI) to correct various Master Data Issues within the ERP System
  • Following up with client Sourcing (DSCI) to resolve Invoicing issues for materials
  • Resolve discrepancies within the systems
  • Setup Quality Info Records (QIRs) under clients' requirements
  • Communicate notices of obsolescence and request/follow-up on corrections needed to Material Master Data.
  • Update Material Masters Data on Material (based on requests from the Maintenance Coordinator and Facilities/Maintenance Planner
  • Assist with Equipment BOM Update such as: Salvaging un-needed Materials stocked currently
  • Manage Cycle counting requirements, scheduling assistance from Maintenance as needed for support..
  • Return into inventory (physically and in SAP) unused material returns by site
  • Request CANCELLATION of outstanding POs when returned materials trigger a minimum stock requirement to become satisfied
  • Provide monthly metrics to the site to show the health of Stores' MRO


What You Need to Bring to the Table:
  • Strong communication skills required
  • Strong computer skills, Outlook, Excel
  • SAP experience is a must have.
