R&D Engineer - TCAD

You are a highly skilled and motivated R&D Engineer with a strong background in scientific computing and software development. What You'll Be Doing:

• Designing and implementing mesh generation software components for advanced simulation platforms.
• Developing computational geometry-based algorithms for accurate and efficient simulations.
• Creating physics-based geometry modeling engines to support nano-scale semiconductor device simulations.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate new features and enhance existing functionalities.
• Optimizing software performance through parallel programming techniques.
• Conducting code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery.

What You'll Need:

• PhD or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or Applied Mathematics with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience developing 2D/3D mesh generation software.
• Strong design and programming skills in C++.
• Strong background in data structures and algorithms.
• Background in computational geometry.
• Experience with parallel programming (TBB, OpenMP, MPI, GPU).
• Knowledge of structure generation using implicit or explicit methods.
• Experience with level set methods.
• Experience with modern algorithms for the computational solution of partial differential equations.
