As an Engineer IV at Oceaneering, you will take on a key role in driving advanced engineering and design efforts while overseeing large and complex projects. Working closely with cross-functional teams-including Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and more-you'll ensure seamless execution and delivery of innovative solutions that meet customer expectations. From resource planning and scheduling to budget management, you'll be at the forefront of project success. Duties & Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL * Perform complex engineering tasks independently, managing projects with challenging design requirements, unique materials, and the need for cross-functional coordination. ADDITIONAL * Lead or assist with bid and proposal efforts by developing cost estimates, defining technical approaches, and contributing to baseline schedule data. Qualifications
REQUIRED * Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Ocean or Nuclear) or Naval Architecture from accredited college or university; master's degree in related field preferred. KNOWLEDGE * Experience performing Dynamic Design Analysis of shock rated equipment and structures is a plus. OTHER PREREQUISITES * Candidate will have to perform in an ISO-9000 rated company in a rapidly changing and demanding atmosphere. Equal Opportunity Employer
