Ball State University Libraries is searching for a customer service and detail-oriented person to join our team as Business Support Services Supervisor. This position is responsible for planning and directing the daily operations of the Business Support Services unit. Facilitating user access to library services and spaces; account, administer, and safeguard all funds collected from public access, coin-operated machines; communicate facilities issues with Facilities Planning and Management; maintain knowledge of, adhere to, and implement policies and procedures regarding funds, public-use furniture, equipment, mail, and materials shipped and received. This position also plays a pivotal roll with internal asset tracking and space imaging through AutoCAD software. Position Function |

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university by date of employment |

At least two years of related experience; supervisory experience. |
