Position Description
Analyzes and coordinates office services such as personnel, budget preparation and control, fiscal affairs, equipment utilization, records control, and special management studies.

Major/Essential Functions
  • Exhibits orientation in work attitudes and activities demonstrating a professional demeanor by offering quality customer service.
  • Complete institutional annual Safety trainings, Stop The Bleed, HIPAA, Title IX, FERPA, IT security, and other institutional and departmental training as identified.
  • Overall demonstrates attendance, dress, behavior, use of personal phone calls, and use of professional courtesies that are consistent with TTUHSC policies.
  • Primary resource for third-party website permission/access management. Will monitor third-party website requests for new/changing access requests and perform as necessary. Will also manage removal of access/permissions that come through via Lbocs and maintain database of permissions.
  • Review and updates existing Job Aids when needed and creates new Job Aids when applicable. Communicates and updates cross-coverage of the changes to processes.
  • Ensures close books process is completed without issues and compile monthly standard reports.
  • Employee will monitor various assigned SharePoints such as External Website Access Requests and the various IDX SharePoints. Employee will address issues in a timely matter.
  • Employee will serve as backup for various IDX functions such as dictionary maintenance, ETM monitoring, and assist with troubleshooting.


Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in job related field plus one year of related experience; OR a combination of related education and/or experience to equal five (5) years.
