JOB DESCRIPTION:

Summary of Position

Manages the referrals related to adult and child guardianship. Analyze weekly reports and perform routine audits. May collaborate and provide administrative support to leadership as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage all incoming referrals by facilitating communication to gather necessary documentation, track referral communications for follow-up, and ensure efficient scheduling.
  • Oversee referrals related to adult and child guardianship, ensuring all processes are effectively managed in compliance with legal guidelines prior to patient appointments, including coordinating with outside entities for necessary information and documentation.
  • Analyze weekly reports to verify that all patients have the appropriate paperwork in their charts to prevent appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Perform routine audits of the electronic medical record system to identify and address any duplicate records or discrepancies, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of patient information.
  • Provide support across the enterprise during staffing challenges to ensure workflow continuity.
  • Collaborate with management to generate reports and assist with administrative tasks.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.

Qualifications

Education Level:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Years of Experience:

Minimum of one (1) year of related experience in health care services.

Pay Range:

$17.35--$24.30
