The Lead Program Security Advisor is responsible for all functions associated with the role of site security, including but not limited to personnel, information, physical, program, cyber, and industrial security disciplines. Annualized pay rate for this position is $110,500 to $149,500. Duties & Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL * Performs specialized security functions and develops a comprehensive security program to ensure the company's compliance with customer regulations and contract requirements. * Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to: o Serve as the onsite Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) and provides day-to-day security guidance on operating procedures for the company's various Programs and DoD Contracts. * Additional duties as assigned. Qualifications
REQUIRED * BS/BA degree in a related field (e.g. Criminal Justice/Criminal Law, Homeland Security, Business Administration) preferred. o Department of Defense (DoD) National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM). * Working knowledge and experience with the following DoD applications is required: o DISS - Defense Information Security System. * The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills and will be capable of operating independently with limited supervision.
