The Process Implementation Specialist assists, manages, and/or leads the development, implementation and support of special projects and continuous improvement efforts within the Product Support departments to improve critical business processes that drive financial results and improve customer excellence. This position has significant impact on the success of large operational changes by collecting feedback, communicating with, and training end users.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:



  • Assist, manage and/or lead the development, implementation and support of multiple projects and continuous improvement efforts concurrently, on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with operations and other shared services to gather input input/feedback in order to develop the best products and processes in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop implementation project plans; Monitor and communicate changes and progress.
  • Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; Develop alternative solutions.
  • Coordinate projects with other improvement efforts.
  • Identify new opportunities to improve customer excellence.
  • Document financial and other benefits and define KPIs.
  • Assist in change management efforts, ensuring that team members adapt to new processes effectively.
  • Provide training and support during the implementation phase of projects, ensuring effective execution of newly implemented processes.
  • Develop training materials and user guides.
  • Provide post go live support interpersonally and systematically.
  • Prepare reports for and deliver updates to Senior Management staff, highlighting key metrics and improvements achieved.



    WHAT YOU'LL NEED:



    • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • 5 years or more CAT dealer experience strongly preferred.
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
    • Strong analytical, decision making, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are essential.
    • Ability to work well in groups.
    • Ability to effectively speak in front of large groups and lead large group meetings is an essential skill. Willingness to assist both internal and external customers to improve the customer experience.
    • Detail-oriented and results-driven with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
    • Valid Driver's license and a good driving record.
