Labor & Employment Practice Attorney

Winston & Strawn is seeking to hire a Practice Attorney to join our labor & employment practice in either our Charlotte, Chicago, Los Angeles, or San Francisco office. As a Practice Attorney in the labor and employmentpractice, you will be an integral member of the department, and will gain meaningful experience working with our attorneys and our fortune 500 clients. Work hours are flexible, with the ability to work from home for part of the time. The position is not a partnership track position. Responsibilities performed may include legal research, drafting position statements, witness/fact investigations, discovery work, and motion practice. A Practice Attorney also assists with day to day advice work, including preparing and revising employment policies of all types.
