Position Summary:

This role is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of the growing Pepper construction corporate accounting team. This position will have responsibilities conducting accounting and financial planning and analysis of multiple operating entities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



  • Prepare financial statements, annual plans and forecasts, and other management and/or statutory reporting, including analyzing results of operations and communicating written analysis
  • Analyze and process job costs and/or accounting transactions in accordance with internal control procedures and company policies
  • Understand and apply all necessary accounting guidance, laws and/or contract terms as applicable to processing of accounting and financial transactions
  • Prepare and review journal entries
  • Participate in the year-end audit process
  • Special projects and analysis as needed


Position Requirements:



  • Bachelors in Accounting - CPA or CPA seeking


  • 1-3 years in a related environment
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze issues and recommend solutions
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
  • High level of technical fluency in Excel and various accounting systems



The target salary for this position is $75,000. We consider many factors when determining actual hiring salary. These factors may include location, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, internal equity, and market demands.
