POSITION SUMMARY:



  • The Supply Chain Analyst reports to the Manager, Purchasing
  • Located in Cleveland, OH
  • Full-Time
  • Hybrid



The Supply Chain Analyst plays a pivotal role in planning, integrating, and analyzing short-term and occasionally long-term directions for competitive product analysis, task execution, and workflow enhancement. This position requires effective communication and collaboration with external and internal stakeholders to understand information needs and functional requirements.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Advanced Analysis and Research:



  • Conduct intricate analysis and research on a diverse range of studies and activities impacting all organizational levels.
  • Review and optimize organizational functions and structures for improved efficiency.


Executive Reporting and Communication:



  • Provide timely and insightful reporting to the executive team on supply chain activities, specifically focusing on top customers.
  • Address site-specific performance and contribute to project impact cost modeling components of the business.


Strategic Operational Planning:



  • Develop detailed "what if" modeling to support strategic operational planning, presenting recommended plan(s) of action.
  • Facilitate problem resolution and maintain strong customer relationships.


Planning and Execution Assistance:



  • Assist in the planning, requirements development, and execution of various activities within the supply chain.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

  • Exhibit exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, articulating recommendations in a concise and timely manner.
  • Ability to quickly prioritize among numerous tasks.
  • Conduct detailed analysis, organization, summarization, and articulation of information related to profitability and long-term organizational goals.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills using current and future ERP systems, along with homegrown applications focused on data manipulation and reporting.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and throughput.
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail for quick and accurate data gathering and analysis.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by working weekends and from home when applicable.
  • Ability to travel as needed.



QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:



  • 2 - 4 years of experience working in a decision support analytic function, or equivalent military or practical experience.
  • Experience in a multi-state environment is preferred.
  • Exceptional computer skills, including advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to quickly learn and utilize company enterprise software.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.

The range provided represents the national average pay range for this position and is considered to be a general guideline. Pay for this position will reflect the candidate's unique qualifications and may be higher or lower than the range provided based on employee geographic location. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other local, state, and federal law.

In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for participation in TriMark's' benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401K (with employer match), etc. Leadership positions may also qualify for participation in bonus programs commensurate with role and scope of responsibility.
