As a key member of the Workplace Innovation team, the Senior Manager of Workplace Research will drive innovative, human-centered research by exploring and understanding workplace experiences through a strategic lens. Using strong business acumen and deep operational insights, this role will be responsible for completing comprehensive research approaches that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of organizational spaces and programs, while tracking and compiling annual trends to deliver critical regional and business unit insights. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication and analytical skills, an analytical mindset, and a data-driven approach that enables them to navigate complex organizational challenges, collect and synthesize team and space insights, and translate sophisticated research findings into actionable strategies that resonate with leadership and the broader organization.

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $164,000 to $225,500. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $164,000 to $225,500. For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $150,300 to $206,700. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
