Job Summary

KJZZ seeks a part time Administrative Assistant to provide excellent customer service to its members and administrative assistance to leadership. This position is responsible for calendar scheduling, record reconciliation, and data maintenance. This position also includes but is not limited to the composing of correspondence letters, as well as other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions

30% - Updates and maintains schedules, calendars and related meeting materials
30% - Utilizes data base for tracking donor information and generating correspondence, retrieving information and updating accounts for report purposes
30% - Assists in the facilitation of all donor cultivation events
10% - Assists staff with mailings and outbound calls. All other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

A. Associate Degree, College Degree or equivalent experience
B. Two (2) years of experience providing customer service through phone and email
C. Two (2) years of experience with Word, Excel and CRM systems
D. Two (2) years of experience maintaining schedules, calendars and related meeting materials

Desired Qualifications

A. One (1) year of non-profit experience working with donors
B. Demonstrated experience composing correspondence for multiple audiences

Special Working Conditions

Sitting in front of a computer for long periods of time.
