This position is eligible for an up to $3000 sign-on bonus! The Family Resource Center located in Roxbury is seeking a Family Support Worker (FSW). The FSW provides information and educational resources to family members in addition to providing referrals to community resources. The FSW develops the FRC calendar and hosts parent and Youth Support groups. They are responsible for recruiting and providing support to volunteers who shall lead specialized support groups as needed and will be responsible for helping coordinate group activities, facilitating and advertising groups.
