Job Description Exciting Opportunity at MSK: Director, Acute Care Nursing - Inpatient Oncology We're hiring a Director, Acute Care Nursing - Inpatient Oncology to lead, inspire, and support our dedicated inpatient oncology nursing team. Reporting to the VP, Inpatient Nursing, this role offers the opportunity to drive MSK's mission to end cancer for life, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care that embodies our values of respect, dignity, and warmth. In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day operations for 9 acute care oncology units and Inpatient Chemotherapy Services, supporting 700+ nursing staff. You'll work collaboratively with nursing leadership, manage resource allocation, and shape nursing practices that enhance patient outcomes and elevate the Nursing profession. Role Overview: Participate in nursing departmental strategic planning to ensure alignment with MSK's vision, mission, values (VMV), and organizational goals.
