Segra is searching for a dynamic and experienced Manager, Compensation and HR Analytics. Role Overview: The Manager, Compensation and HR Analytics is responsible for developing and implementing compensation strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. This role involves conducting market analysis to ensure competitive pay structures, overseeing salary surveys, and managing the administration of salary and incentive compensation programs. The Manager, Compensation and HR Analytics collaborates with HR and leadership to address compensation-related inquiries and issues, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This position also includes evaluating and recommending adjustments to compensation practices, as well as providing guidance and support to ensure internal equity and employee satisfaction. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills are essential. The Manager, Compensation and HR Analytics is also responsible for overseeing the management and optimization of the company's HRIS system to support the organization's HR functions. This role supports the Senior HCM Analyst and People Operations Data Analyst in achieving these objectives. Qualifications
