As a part of the Datavant CI/CX Team in Payer Operations, you will work directly with field operations teams across the organization to identify business opportunities, measure the results of change, and provide visibility and support to strategic initiatives. You will be working closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. You will also work directly with operational leaders to understand the strategic direction of the operation and how analytics will support operational improvements.

You will:



  • Partner with COO & Retrieval Leaders to determine business needs and translate them into process requirements and controls, process flows, quality standards and design documentation
  • Make measurable improvements to cost structure, client success, and quality as measured by Cost per Chart, Yield, Charts per Hour.
  • Be an outstanding partner to our Product, Engineering and Retrieval Teams to ensure close collaboration.
  • Develop data management systems to provide feedback, metrics, and visibility
  • Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
  • Coordinate with team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Meeting with members of the Operations Team to identify and resolve issues
  • Work multiple projects simultaneously while preparing and completing action plans
  • Manage risk tracking process and scope of initiatives to ensure desired change is enacted
  • Foster culture of continuous improvement while creating partnerships with operators/stakeholders/sponsors
  • Identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations and influence the direction of the business by effectively communicating findings to cross-functional groups.


What you will bring to the table:



  • BA/BS in business, operations research, statistics or analytics.
  • 1-4 years experience in project management
  • Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability.
  • Experience working with business unit leadership and creating analytic hypotheses to solve business problems.
  • Ability to work autonomously and make critical decisions independently.
  • Proven communication and collaboration skills; willingness to take the initiative to contribute beyond basic responsibilities.


Bonus points if:



  • You have training in continuous improvement/Lean Six Sigma
  • Can create compelling visuals and story tell

Individual rates for the same job title may differ based on their level, responsibilities, skills, and experience for a specific job. The estimated salary range for this role is$70,000-85,000.
