Essential Functions and Primary Duties



  • Obtaining and organizing due diligence information requests and data flow.
  • Managing the completion of project workbooks and related analysis.
  • Identification of Quality of Earnings adjustments.
  • Performance of working capital and debt analysis.
  • Identify potential issues and risks that potentially impact the valuation of the target and/or future cash flows.
  • Prepare initial drafts of Quality of Earnings and other due diligence reports.
  • Interacting with client, target management, other professional advisors to a transaction.
  • Managing project budgets and assist with client billings.
  • Ensuring compliance with TAS engagement policies and procedures
  • Supervise, train and evaluate staff on engagements.
  • Achieve solid personal financial results including chargeable hours and net margin.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned


Minimum Qualifications Required



  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 6 years of experience in related field
  • 3 years of supervisory experience
  • Must have and preserve required licenses
  • Ability to manage all aspects of client engagements
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Must be able to travel based on client and business needs


The annual salary target for this job in this market is $127,000-$153,000. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skillset of the individual selected for this position.

The compensation above is not representative of an employee's total compensation.
